Meet Angie

Angie is a registered dietitian & licensed professional clinical counselor, a mom, a kidney transplant recipient, and a survivor of life’s challenges who strives daily to thrive!

Angie’s Approach

Angie is authentic, knowledgeable, & compassionate; sometimes, even (a little) funny! She takes time to build a relationship with each client; learning about their interests, personality, work, community, and family to create a personalized treatment plan to help them thrive. She uses a variety of modalities in her work, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization, and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems therapy (IFS). Angie stays up to date on somatic and trauma-informed approaches to therapy and believes that thriving happens when we listen to the body and the brain.
